    • Admissions Coordinator

      Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

      The role:
      We are looking for an experienced and creative Admissions Coordinator to join out growing Customer Experience Team and take our company and platform to the next level!

      • Review offer letters for student information consistency to ensure efficient application processing
      • Work with our partnership schools and recruiters to resolve application issues on behalf of our students
      • Work across teams to ensure program requirements and intakes are accurate to ensure optimal student outcomes
      • Clearly communicate and outline all school requirements and deadlines to the student once the offer letter has been received
      • Empathetically communicate application outcomes to our students, whether positive or negative
      • Follow up and assist students in meeting enrollment conditions and resolve any uncertainties
      • Communicate with our partner school to cultivate positive relationships and clarify application processing ambiguities

      Qualifications:

      • 1-3 years customer service experience
      • Proficiency in proofreading/editing text to ensure spelling and grammatical correctness
      • Strong analytical abilities, detail-oriented and high level of accuracy
      • Working knowledge of Google spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and Gmail
      • Adept researching and problem-solving capabilities
      • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, teamwork environment
      • Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracy
      • Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines and adapt to new policies and procedures
      • An ability to work cross-functionally to ensure application processing consistency and efficiency
      • Exceptional problem-solving skills under ambiguous circumstances to ensure we provide the best outcome for our students while maintaining integrity with our partner relationships
      • Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills

    • Client Relations Manager

      Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

      The role:
      We are looking for an experienced and creative Client Relations Manager to join out growing Customer Experience Team and take our company and online platform to the next level!

      • Follow up with applications post submission to obtain a final admission decision in a timely manner
      • Act as a liaison between our agents and students and our partner schools to relay important updates and information to facilitate application processing
      • Communicate with our partner schools to cultivate positive relationships and clarify application processing ambiguities
      • Cultivate agent and student relations to ensure all post-submission visa documents are submitted in a timely manner
      • Work with our partnership universities and agents to resolve application issues
      • Collaborating with partner universities to present information in requested formats to facilitate a more efficient processing time
      • Assist applicants and agents with program inquiries and document requirements

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum Associates Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
      • Proficiency in proofreading/ editing text to ensure spelling and grammatical correctness
      • Strong analytical abilities, detail-oriented and high level of accuracy

    • Business Development Manager (Study Recruitments and Associate Partners)

      Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

      The role:

      • Represent New Zealand Gateway brand to promote New Zealand Gateway services to agents, international educators, and prospective students
      • Increase international student enrolment by recruiting international students from diverse regions
      • Negotiate terms of engagement, provide training to agents and their staff, and keep the agent contacts engaged with New Zealand Gateway through regular communication
      • Undergo presentations in the local marketplace to further promote New Zealand Gateway
      • Train and guide agents to improve the quality and volume of international applicants, ensuring top quality
      • Disseminate communications and activities online using CRM and social media platforms including delivering key messages and encouraging engagement from potential and current students
      • Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis to maximize international student outreach
      • Travel extensively across India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka
      • Proactively undergo agent outreach
      • Prospect and Identify new B to B partnerships

      Qualifications:

      • Fluent in English, Hindi
      • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
      • Minimum 2 years of international student recruitment experience for secondary and/or post-secondary institutions
      • Exceptional communication verbal and written skills
      • Autonomous self-starter, with the ability to work independently within a team-based environment
      • Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with attention to detail to ensure information accuracy
      • Exceptional problem-solving skills under ambiguous circumstances to ensure you provide the best outcome for our students while maintaining integrity with our partner relationships
      • Experience working with educational consultants and or post secondary institutions directly; considered a bonus
      • Experience working with a CRM; considered an asset
