Tai Poutini Polytechnic was established in 1989. The polytechnic now trains around 6,000 students every year with full or part-time study options. Known as TPP, the institute offers popular study programs that meet local employment needs and are tailored to help students get into real jobs in the community as well as get ahead in their chosen career.
